1. Located Delaware St across McGee St., Berkeley. near North Berkeley Bart station. 5 mins by
bike or 10 mins on walk to the border of the campus. 7 min by bike to Safeway or Monterey market.
2. $600/month rent for on person, share utility, landlord pay water and garbage, share two bathrooms and kitchen with other scholars and postdocs
3. fully furnished. bed. desk. chairs. drawer. heater.
4. It's spacious, with two large closets in it, on the second floor. Sunny, safe and quiet.
5. Available from Oct 1.
