two A numbers 摘自 加州大学论坛旧版 (Universities in California Bulletin Board System) jeffwu 2008-02-07 12:10 Dear Attorney Chen, My husband has submitted I-485 for himself and me as his derivative based on his approved I-140 (EB2), and the priority date is Feb 2006. I also have submitted I-485 for me and my husband as my derivative based on my pending I-140 (EB3), and the priority date is Jan 07 . Each of us has done two sets of fingerprints and has two I-485 with different A-number. I am afraid this will delay the processing of our I-485 which is based on my husband’s approved I-140(EB2). So could you please give us some advice on how to handle this kind of dilemma? Is it wise to withdraw our I-485s which is based on my pending I-140 (EB3)? If we withdraw I-485s of EB3 category, will it still delay the processing of I485s of EB2 category since there have already been two A-numbers assigned to us. Thank you very much. 摘自 加州大学论坛旧版 (Universities in California Bulletin Board System) jeffwu 2008-02-07 12:10 ![]() |

Two I-485 appl... 摘自 加州大学论坛旧版 (Universities in California Bulletin Board System) 陈丹虹律师 2008-02-11 18:31 Two I-485 applications pending will delay the processes. If you know which one to withdraw, you can withdraw now. However, if you are not sure, you can wait. Before adjudicating I-485, CIS will request the applicant to withdraw one I-485 before final decision can be made.
