how to send documents to USCIS?

Dear Jean,
I sent my I-140 and I-485 to USCIS NE center at 7/30/07. They received the documents at 7/31/07 and noticed me at 09/04/07, meanwhile I received the receipt # and A#. During this time I did H1-B extension and already received the extension approve notice. Now I want send the copy of H1-B extension notice to the USCIS NE center, please let me know how to contact with the center? Do I need to send the copy to I-140 and I-485 P.O. Box by separate or just sent to P.O. Box 82521 which is the office sent me the receipt noticee?
I appreciate for your help.
