Today, All-Guard proudly protects more than 15,000 commercial and residential customers-from Fortune 500 companies to the homes and families in your community.

Our company is looking for an individual to fill a FULL-TIME ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/COLLECTIONS/OFFICE CLERK position.

Job Duties Include:

• Taking Billing calls as demand necessitates
• Responding to customers and making notes to the conversation and resolution
• Responsible for collection of past due amounts for assigned customer base
• Following 3 call 3 letter policy for all delinquent accounts
• Researching customer problems

Skills Desired:

• Ability to function as an effective team member
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibility with minimum direction.
• Ability to prioritize multi task responsibilities.
• Computer Literacy
• 10-key by touch
• Word & Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Minimum of 2 years Accounts Receivable Experience
• Minimum of 1 year data entry

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATION:

• Must be able to pass drug screen & Pre-employment physical
• Clean background check required
• Fingerprinting and ACE License required (application fee will be paid by employer)
