This is a comprehensive course that covers taxable income, gross income exclusions and inclusions, capital gains, depreciation, business and itemized deductions, personal exemptions, passive activity losses, tax credits, and the various methods of accounting. Ted Michell in-class course 摘自 加州大学论坛旧版 (Universities in California Bulletin Board System) chenhan 2008-07-13 09:18 我上的是Ted的课，下个学期（Fall 2009）有两个老师，要是时间不冲突，我会推举上他的课。他会在课上讲很多有的没的，笑话和他的经历，所以说如果课前做了预习，会很好懂，考试的话Mid-term take home,final in-class,会有上一届的考卷和答案发下来先做练习。至于这门课，也是core course,没有什么可犹豫选不选的了。 摘自 加州大学论坛旧版 (Universities in California Bulletin Board System) chenhan 2008-07-13 09:18  |

You will learn a lot from him BUT he always makes stupid jokes relating to Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and what you wore to class.
