We are looking for a single student (preferably a woman) from China to live with my daughter and I. My daughter is 17 and she is finishing high school. She is adopted from China and speaks fluent Chinese. We will only be at our house for one more year and we have a spare bedroom for rent. The rent will be $600 per month. That price includes utilities and even food. We expect the renter to cook at least one night a week in their schedule permits. We have two very friendly cats. And there is one bathroom with a bath and a shower. Our house is about a block away from UC village. Our address is 916 Jackson Street, Albany, CA 94706. Our neighborhood is safe and close to public transportation. We will start renting the room Sept 1 (2010).
