加州大学论坛 UCBBS.org为更好地为会员服务, 同时为商家朋友提供宣传自己的平台, 特开设"UCBBS 特别折扣版" 并协议如下:
1. 加州大学论坛UCBBS.org 授权其会员可向商家介绍本网站并签署此协议, 会员帮助商家扫描和发帖, 发帖成功后凭打印帖子内容和附件作为证明, 商家给予联系会员免费或酌情更多折扣或其他方式以示感谢.商家有义务登陆本网站查询是否属实并通知本网站.
2. 只有同意给UCBBS.org 会员特别折扣的商家才能在" UCBBS 特别折扣版"发广告.
A.商家保证给予UCBBS.org 会员特别折扣(必须高于目前的折扣)并履行承诺.商家对广告和折扣的真实性负全责.
B.商家有权选择:
[1] 仅限会员本人使用折扣(发帖时选择"此贴出售" 限制)
[2] 折扣券复印有效,允许多个人使用(发帖时选择"注册用户")
[3] 仅需提及UCBBS.org 加州大学论坛,不需打印优惠券就享受折扣(发帖时不加限制).
3. 发帖要求:
A. 建议填写此协议或者直接在商家宣传页上手写添加标明"UCBBS 特别折扣(UCBBS Special Discount) % 或 $ " 字样, 并注明有效时间和商家签名.然后扫描或者拍照后以附件上传即可.
B. 如果发帖有问题可以与加州大学论坛 UCBBS.org 联系协助解决.
4. 免责声明: 加州大学论坛UCBBS.org 目前为会员和商家提供此服务, 本网站保留在不通告的情况下更改和终止此服务协议的权利, 有权禁止和删除帖子或会员. 本网站会员有权对广告和折扣的真实性进行监督和评论, 商家对其广告和折扣券的解释负全责, 会员对其所发帖子内容负全责. 如果商家和会员之间出现纠纷请自行协商解决, 本网站不提供调解服务.

AGREEMENTS, Terms and Conditions:
In order to provide members of UCBBS.org a better service, and at the mean time provide advertisers a portal to promote your business, a UCBBS Special Discount Section is set up with following terms and conditions:
1. UCBBS.org allows and authorizes its members to introduce advertisers this website and sign the agreement. With the help of UCBBS members, advertisers are able to post their advertisements on the website. Advertisers have obligation to verify the information on the website and notice the UCBBS.org for any related issues.
2. Only advertisers who agreed to offer SPECIAL discounts can post advertisements on the website.
A) The SPECIAL discounts should be better than regular offers if there is any and advertisers agree to comply with them. It is advertisers’ responsibility for the discounts.
B) Advertisers have rights to select the options below:
1) Only for members (please select “this post for sale” when post your advertisement)
2) Copies are effective and many people can use it (please select “registered users”).
3) No printed coupon is needed and the discounts are effective as long as customers mention UCBBS.org.
3. Requirements for posting advertisements:
A) Sign this agreements or document “UCBBS.org Special Discount, % or $” on advertisers flyer and upload it as attachment.
B) Contact UCBBS.org for any questions to post the advertisements.
4. Compliance with laws and regulations.
Advertisers agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Advertisers may participate in ucbbs.org if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules and regulations. Ucbbs.org may modify or terminate your advertisements or this agreement without liability to advertisers if you violate any law, rule or regulation, of if your participation could violate any law, rule or regulation. This website reserves the right to prohibit or delete any post or member without liability to you. The members of ucbbs.org have the right verity the advertisements and/or discounts. Advertisers and the ucbbs.org members are responsible to the fully extent for their exposure on ucbbs.org and this website doesn’t provide any service to dispute and resolution between advertisers and ucbbs.org members.
