Dear members,
We are very glad to announce that seven new members joined our club. The new members are Bo Chen, Pingping He, Yuhui Hu, Yueyong Liu, Liyu Wu, Jun Zhu, and Jianhong Zuo. Please join us to welcome them.
Many members expressed their strong willingness to help the club. And yes we are looking for members that can contribute in at least following areas: fund raising, activity planning, and communication. As we all understand, to stay financially healthy is vital for the robust functioning of the club. So if you have connections to vendors, friends in biopharmaceutical or other businesses, please be sure to ask whether they can sponsor our future activities. In addition, creative planning and effective execution of attractive, beneficial activities are of decisive importance for our club to fulfill its mission. So if you are experienced event organizers, you are more than welcome to shoulder the responsibilities in this area. And if you are good at communication, please do let us hear your voice. Finally, we are also looking for someone who knows how to design and maintain a website to set up one for our club.
Zhiyong designed a logo for CBC. Please see the attached file for details. Basically the logo tries to convey the meaning that Chinese biomedicine professionals come together to form a circle with dynamic and continuing social and professional interactions. Please feel free to improve the logo or come up with new ones that maybe better.
